Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated, please contact your local post office and request a package search. Most packages are eventually located. If yours is not, please contact us.

International orders may take up to one month to arrive. If more than one month has passed since shipping and your order has not arrived, please contact us so an insurance claim can be filed.

Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but was not received, please contact your local post office to confirm delivery. If the package was stolen after delivery, a police report is required.

Customs Duties & Import VAT

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Rush Shipping

Overnight and 2-day shipping options still require a minimum of 48 hours for order preparation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Please contact us if you experience any issues with your order.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address error, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Reshipping: Customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
  • Refund: A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
