Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will gladly assist in resolving the matter.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the following options are available:

• Reshipping: An invoice will be issued for the additional shipping cost. Once payment is received, the order will be shipped to the corrected address.
• Refund: If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

We are not responsible for packages lost as a result of incorrect address information. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to update the address.
